After you place your order and it has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to your personal order status page.
You can also log into your KitHub Account to access your personal status page.
The number of days quoted by the shipping carrier is the number of days that it takes for your package to reach the customs office. The number of days that an order sits in customs varies by location and how busy they are. If import fees are due, they will not release the order until they are paid by you. If you shipped via USPS First Class International, there isn't a way to track it outside of the US. After 45 days from shipping, we can submit a refund claim but otherwise there is nothing that can be done.
Only USPS Priority Mail Express International, UPS, Fedex and DHL provide a tracking number that can be used in the destination country.
